• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, tell us your dates and we'll confirm what's possible.

• How many guests can stay at the villa?

  The villa comfortably sleeps up to the number listed on our page. Extra mattresses can usually be arranged for children — tell us your headcount and we'll confirm.

• Is the swimming pool private?

  Yes, the pool is exclusively for guests staying at the villa. It is not shared with any other property.

• Are pets allowed?

  Share which pet you're bringing and we'll confirm — this one varies, and we'd rather tell you properly than guess.

• Is a caretaker available on site?

  Yes. A caretaker is on the property throughout your stay to help with the kitchen, the pool and anything you need.

• Is food provided, or can we cook ourselves?

  The kitchen is fully equipped and yours to use. A cook can also be arranged for meals — let us know how many people and which meals, and we'll confirm the arrangement.

• How far is the villa from the city?

  The exact drive time is on our page along with a map link. Traffic on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings adds to it.

• Is parking available?

  Yes, there is off-street parking on the property. Tell us how many cars you're bringing.

• Is there power backup?

  Yes. The villa has backup power covering lights, fans and essential points during an outage.

• Are bonfires allowed?

  Yes, at the designated bonfire pit, subject to the weather and local fire restrictions. Firewood can be arranged.

• Can we play loud music or host a party?

  Music is fine indoors and around the pool during the day. There's a quiet hours rule at night that we'll share before your stay — do check with us before planning an event.

• Are unmarried couples allowed?

  Yes. Valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in, as it is everywhere.

• Is a security deposit required?

  A refundable deposit is collected directly by the property at check-in and returned at check-out after the villa is checked. Nothing is collected online.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Our cancellation terms are shared with your booking confirmation. Send us your dates and we'll spell out exactly what applies.

• How do I check if my dates are free?

  Tell us the dates you have in mind and how many guests, and we'll come back to you with a confirmation shortly.
