• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Ask us about a later check-out — it often works if the cottage is free the next day.

• How many people does one cottage sleep?

  Each cottage sleeps a couple or a small family comfortably; the exact capacity is on our page. Larger groups usually take two or three cottages together.

• Do the cottages have a view?

  Some face the valley directly and others sit further back. Tell us your dates and we'll tell you honestly which one you'd be getting.

• Is food available?

  Meals are made to order and served at the cottage or in the common dining area. Share any preferences and we'll arrange them.

• Is it cold at night? Are heaters provided?

  It gets cold in winter and after rain. Room heaters and extra blankets are provided — just ask when you arrive.

• Is parking available at the cottage?

  There is parking on the property. Depending on the cottage it may be a short walk from your door — we'll help with luggage.

• Is there power backup?

  Yes, backup power covers lights, fans and essential points during outages.

• Are pets allowed?

  Tell us which pet you're bringing and we'll confirm which cottage would suit.

• Are unmarried couples allowed?

  Yes. Valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.

• How do I check if my dates are free?

  Send us your dates and how many guests and we'll confirm shortly.
